Power Transformers
WF Energy Controls manufactures a range of power transformers to suit your individual requirements. These are single or three phase up to 100kVA.
We supply power transformers in all shapes, sizes and applications.
We design and build based on your specifications and size restrictions.
Our Power Transformers may come as core and bobbin type or as a toroidal winding in a resin filled case. We are flexible and able to find the right solution for your needs.
Options include:
- Finish: Core and Bobbin type are finished with varnish or epoxy resin. Toroidal transformers are finished with PVC or Mylar tape or resin cast in a case or mould. With terminals or flying leads and/or steel or plastic covers, IP rated enclosures can be provided.
- Size: WF Energy Controls manufactures from single phase 1VA to three phase 100 kVA. We can externally source transformers that are outside this range and manufacture large quantities if required.
- Type: We offer Dry Type, oil-filled or resin cast Power Transformers. They can be core type or shell type, with E&I laminations, DG Core or toroidal. This will depend on your requirements, electrical standards and spatial limitations.
- Mounting: Brackets are available to suit your planned mounting footprint. Enclosures to suit your specific size, mounting and IP requirements are a useful option.
- Terminations: WF Energy Controls has a range to suit your requirements, such as permanently connected flexible leads, terminal blocks or bushings for larger sizes.
- Voltage Ratio: Designed to your specification. Non-standard ratios are a specialty.
