Voltage Transformers
WF Energy Controls provides a complete custom design service so you get exactly the right voltage transformer to meet your specific application. We have indoor and outdoor voltage transformers available for 12kV, 24kV and up to 36kV.
We provide single, two or three phase units, with one or two secondary windings that can be dual class, i.e. 0.5/3P. The 3.6kV and 6.6kV units can be fully insulated for phase-to-phase operation.
Outdoor Voltage Transformers
Enclosure:
High voltage oil-filled tanks are available in the following finishes:
- hot dip galvanised
- painted finish (to your colour)
- powder coated mild steel
- stainless steel
Ratios:
3.3kV, 6.6kV, 11kV, 22kV and 33kV with 36.67/63.5/110V Secondaries.
Burden:
This will vary based on requirements, we can provide up to 100VA.
Class:
We work with both metering and protection classes.
Insulation:
Uninhibited oil.
Connections:
Normally YNyn0 with optional delta secondary
Primary Terminations:
Tin-plated palm terminals on porcelain bushings.
Secondary Terminations:
Klippon SAK 6N terminals or fuses.
Testing:
All transformers are manufactured and tested to meet IEC or AS standards. Our Class A Test Laboratory is ISO17025 Accredited by IANZ. We offer test and calibration reports for all transformers.
